What do we do?
T-Shirts Ink and More is a custom screenprinting company. We can take your original design,
logo or artwork and print it on apparel or promotional items for you. If you do not have a
design or logo let us know and we can have one of our talented and educated designers take care of it for
you.

Who do we do work for?
Anyone Churches, Schools, Bands, Companies, Family Reunions, Fun Runs, Parties, Electricians,
Painters, Carpenters, Clubs etc.
What is your minimum T-Shirt order for screenprinting?
6 t-shirts. Our best price breaks are above 36 and more.
Do you do digital printing?
Not unless we have to. Digital printing is for novelty t-shirts and does not last wash after wash like tradtional screenprinting.
Why don't you print on customer supplied apparel?
Print and embroidery mistakes happen and all of the apparel that we provide and print on has been tested and approved to our standards.
Do you custom screenprint or embroider on other items?
Yes. We screenprint on canvas tote
bags, golf towels, aprons, hats, shorts, long sleeves, tank tops, pocket t-shirts, v-neck t-shirts,
pet apparel, button down shirts, ringer t's, sweatshirts, hooded pullovers, can holders, and
mouse pads.
Why type of ink do you print with?
We use plastisol ink. The good stuff that lasts wash after wash.
Do you print the t-shirts or send them out to be printed?
Most of the printing comes out of Texas which is our largest prodcution location. We do have other print locations.
Do you use irregular t-shirts?
Never!
What does one hour of free design time include?
It will usually include general
typesetting/clipart, and importing the file for use. Every job is different so if you have an idea
feel free to ask with no charge. All of our prices are up front with no hidden costs.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to make a return or exchange on blank apparel.
We must be notified within 48 hours from arrival date for shortages/exchanges and must receive items within 30 days from purchase date.
Simply return the item or items you want to return, along
with written explanation of what is to be done. Please send to the address below,
include a copy of your sales receipt. Your refund will be credited back to the source of payment.
Please note that any item that's been embroidered or screenprinted
are not returnable, unless stated in writing by us.
T-Shirts Ink and More goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are accurate, on time and are of the highest craftsmanship.
Reasons for an understandable return on printed goods: wrong print color, wrong design
We must be notified within 24 hours from receipt of goods with print problems.
Returns receive no credit on shipping and handling charges. All returns
are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless our company is at fault.
We recommend that you send your return via UPS or FedEx. Items sent but not received by
T-Shirts Ink and More will not receive credit for the return.
